Sebastokrator Kaspax is judging by the crown on his head either the king or a very high ranking noble of the Melitine. When you approach him his manner is one of utter arrogance.
When you defeat and capture him, you can trade his freedom for a Qualis Gem or 100,000 denars. Unfortunately, it doesn't give the option of taking his armor, like Maltise does.
His army is entirely made of Melitine troops:
- 30-60 Melitine Griwbanar
- 40-80 Melitine Heavy Horse Archer
- 60-100 Melitine Imperial Guard
- 100-150 Melitine Archers
- 150-250 Melitine Infantry
